Consultation costs for chronic complaints include most remedies, which are mailed to your home.
Initial Consultation

Follow-Ups
$95 (30 to 45 minutes)
It is very important that follow-up appointments are kept, even when you are doing well or continuing to make progress. The dosing, frequency and potency management of your remedy are critical to ensure proper progress. Remember that the ultimate aim of homeopathic care is that you will have minimal or no dependence on any medicines, including homeopathic remedies.
Acute Care Consultations
$40 (15 minutes)
$60 (30 minutes: more complex)

Most non-life threatening acute conditions respond well to homeopathy. Please contact us if during the course of homeopathic care you come down with an acute illness like flu or diarrhea, experience an urgent condition such as a strain, minor injury or burn, flare-up of a chronic symptom, or would like homeopathy to speed up recovery and rehabilitation following surgery or trauma.
Due to the need to start a homeopathic remedy immediately, waiting for mail delivery is not viable so remedies will need to be purchased separately in your own locality. If needed, I can provided assistance in identifying a nearby retail outlet.

I can be contacted by E-mail (anna@wellnesscareonline.com) or by phone at (928) 247-6385. All E-mails will be answered within 24 hours. All phone calls that are not immediately answered can normally be returned by the end of the next business day.
Call-in Support
Tuesdays and Wednesdays 1:00 – 1:30pm Mountain Standard time. To learn what this is in your time zone, please see the document “Office-hours and call-in support for US time zones”.
I run a one-person office and I am not always able to pick up the phone when you call. So a special time has been set aside for clients to call in and reach me directly with questions or concerns. Conversations are expected to be 5 – 10 minutes long. If an issue requires further discussion, an Acute Care Consultation can usually be scheduled the same day.
Emergencies
In the event that a condition becomes life-threatening or severe, call 911 or your primary care physician or licensed medical practitioner and follow any medical advice given. Homeopathic remedies do not interfere with conventional medical treatment.
For urgent conditions occurring outside of normal business hours that are not medical emergencies I can be reached at my cell number (provided to clients), but please be aware there will be an Acute Care Consultation fee for an urgent call made to this number.
Cancellations
Your appointment time is specially reserved for you. Please provide at least 24-hours notice if you need to cancel. Barring unforeseen emergencies, if 24-hours notice is not given we reserve the right to charge $40 for a missed appointment.
Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your care will cost.
Wellness Care Online is compliant with the No Surprises Act (HR 133), which requires health care providers to give clients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for health care services and items.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency services or items.
You are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your service. You can also ask your health care provider for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
